POST-OPERATIVE INSTRUCTIONS AFTER DENTAL EXTRACTION
-Bite a gauze after the intervention for 15-20 min.
-Do not spit. Spitting can break the clot and cause more bleeding. If there is blood or saliva, we recommend letting it drain and wiping with a napkin.
-Avoid eating until the effects of anesthesia have passed and take the medication prescribed by your dentist.
-To eat we recommend soft foods at room temperature. Drink plenty of liquids, chew on the area that has not been operated on and avoid hot and irritating foods during the first days. NO FATS.
-Eight hours after the intervention you can rinse with warm salt water.
-It is important and I recommend maintaining good hygiene in the wound. Perform normal brushing without aggressive brushing on the wound.
-You must ensure that your mouth and wound hygiene is correct.
-If you have any questions, contact your dentist
